Top ROCE rating for QEX Logistics

QEX Logistics has featured in the top echelon in the Armillary Private Capital review of 2018 Returns of the NZ Listed Sector and NZ Crown entities.

Each organisation’s Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) is a function of its profitability and how efficiently it utilises its asset base. ROCE compares earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) to capital employed (CE).

The review examined the 2018 financial year statements of 144 organisations listed on the NZX, NZAX, NXT, USX and a selection of Crown Entities. In addition the review included a separate sample of 259 private companies.

CM Partners was the NZX Sponsor for QEX which listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange in the first quarter of last year. Focusing on  cross border logistics between New Zealand and China, QEX was the top performing company in terms of absolute  share price performance on the NZX in calendar 2018.
